Dr. Phillips is very respectful, explains things clearly and succinctly, never gives me the feeling that she is in a hurry to leave, and is relentlessly positive. She really gives me the feeling that she cares, as well as understanding how my body works and explaining clearly how to make it work better. She is fantastic!
