****** (Ill leave out last name per terms) is rude, unprofessional and never gives straight answer. We are new to HOAs. We moved into our brand new home in July 2022. We have open space with walking path in lot next to us. I wish I could post pics. nothing but trees that were planted and died, dust, weeds up to my shoulders and garbage. Disorganized, rude, ignores most of your correspondences. I've only emailed them Five times in the year I've lived in this community, and four of those emails were not responded to. One of their staff accidentally emailed me an internal email where the CEO, Angela E******, whines about how much of "pain" residents are for simply asking for help with landscaping issues. Our property manager called me on 1/21/23 to tell me that moving snow from in front of my property was illegal since a plow was used. She threatened police and a $3500 fine. I was immediately guilty and wasnt allowed to speak. I had until Monday to move snow. There is no way she followed HOA protocols. She consistently threatens to end meetings when the community is visibly upset. Our dues went from $60 to $85 plus the system Teleos uses charges almost another $10 to make a payment.
