If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at this type of facility. I came from out of county with full approval and paperwork faxed from my doctor and home facility. I was met with a woman behind the desk who had no intention on doing much of anything. My courtesy dose was also stiffed by the nurse. All the necessary documents were faxed 24+ hours in advance but everyone at this facility acted like they didn't know what to do. Great please new management so let's see how it goes ! I love that the have a lot of programs and security he gets people to leave that aren't supposed to be here and both other people!
This clinic has been a life saver for myself and a few of my closest friends. The girls in the front are amazing and very kind. Arlene, my counselor, is always there when I need to talk or have questions and is very helpful with my sobriety. I feel lucky to have found out about this treatment center before it was too late.
Hands down the most responsive clinic I’ve ever been treated at. The customer service is very through. Can’t say enough staff are super friendly and efficient. From the front, to the back office, to the counselors and doctors!!! Everyone here is very kind, genuinely interested in the patients concerns. I’m very happy to have found this office.
This place is all about the money. They also listen to your conversations and will threaten you for sharing certain things. They all act so nice, but they are very quick to turn on you. Doctors, director, and most staff have no clue what the patients are going through, nor do they care. They just want their money. They want you to get hooked and become a slave to methadone.
