Worst experience ever. This company is awful. The warranty company is an even bigger joke. Don’t move into your new home until everything is completed to your satisfaction or it will NEVER get done.
so disappointed. changing interior doors. walls are not square. roof has to be redone after 10 years. all falling apart. have already invested 25k into extra labor. not happy! Will never buy another or recimmend again.
The workmanship and their lack of standing behind the work they do. I've had nothing but issues with my roof since year 2 or 3 of owning my home. I contacted Tempest and they sent someone out to add more adhesive to a few shingles. Next time it's just the slightest bit windy, I lose more shingles. I've reached out to Tempest and the manufacturer of the shingles and all both companies want to do is point fingers. Meanwhile, every time it's windy, I still lose shingles. Craftsmanship is terrible. Would have them build a dog house. Sad very sad. They need to get in another line of work
