I'm really happy with Temprite. They installed our heat pump, come for regular maintenance, and have once come quickly when something was wrong. It is an extremely well-run business (as a former marketing exec), and the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
It’s been a week now since the heat pump installation and even with a house full of visiting relatives in hot weather we were cool and comfortable. The Temprite employee arrived on time and got right to work, checking the attic, then the heat pump inside and out, then the gas fireplace and finally the gas water heater. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions well. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Temprite for anyone looking for this type of service.
We had some questions with our newer heat pump so I contacted Temprite first thing this morning and we had a service call at 1:30 the same day! Technician (Faye) explained everything to us and we really appreciated the fast and efficient service! As well there was no charge as our system is less than a year old👍
I was extremely happy with Temprite. Friendly on the phone, friendly service person at the house. Chris was able to answer all my questions and did a great job. Couldn't be happier and they are my new go-to for the furnace and fireplace. Highly recommend!
