Brandon and Johnathan were fabulous. On time, polite, professional and hard working. They did an amazing job. I'm so glad I had the ducts cleaned. Been in my place for 8 years and with construction around me for past few years, it was time to get them done. Temprite office is excellent and very communicative. Great organization and staff.
The Temprite employee arrived on time and got right to work, checking the attic, then the heat pump inside and out, then the gas fireplace and finally the gas water heater. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions well. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Temprite for anyone looking for this type of service.
Your young Technician arrived on time and was the most courteous, knowledgeable and understanding individual we have had since we first used your company over 12 years ago. We were thoroughly and completely pleased with his work and obvious knowledge. Please send him again in one year’s time, when we have our scheduled maintenance.
We had some questions with our newer heat pump so I contacted Temprite first thing this morning and we had a service call at 1:30 the same day! Technician (Faye) explained everything to us and we really appreciated the fast and efficient service! As well there was no charge as our system is less than a year old👍
I'm really happy with Temprite. They installed our heat pump, come for regular maintenance, and have once come quickly when something was wrong. It is an extremely well-run business (as a former marketing exec), and the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
