We had some questions with our newer heat pump so I contacted Temprite first thing this morning and we had a service call at 1:30 the same day! Technician (Faye) explained everything to us and we really appreciated the fast and efficient service! As well there was no charge as our system is less than a year old👍
Our heat pump had some issues, I called this morning and Tristan came out the same day. He got the system running again and he also did some preventative maintenance all for a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service.
I helped my dad arrange a heat pump install with them and they were great! Adam did our quote and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about rebates, whereas another local company we had contacted had no idea about any of them. He also arranged for them to remove an old furnace that hadn't worked in years. The whole team was fantastic and so kind, from the technicians that did the work to the ladies in the office. My dad is so happy with his heat pump and I no longer have to worry about his house being too hot or cold!
They came to clean our HVAC system vents, bathroom fans, and dryer vent. They provided good service at the best price we could find. They were able to book us in for next day service. I only gave four stars because they left a bit of a dusty mess on our roof that could have easily been cleaned up before they left. Otherwise, would definitely get them back again.
It’s been a week now since the heat pump installation and even with a house full of visiting relatives in hot weather we were cool and comfortable.
