I do not recommend this firm for representation to NYS Sales Tax with any problems. I contacted them in August of 2023 with a serious issue with NYS. Moshe took my call and we discussed the entire situation in great detail, over next few days. He advised me to file an offer in compromise guiding me through the process. Now this was done and filed with NYS. NYS took over a year to even look at it. once they looked at it I was informed we likely did not qualify. During this time, Moshe left the practice.
