My fence was built in July 2020. They used metal clips instead of screws. The clips popped out and I had to use zip ties to keep the sections of my aluminum fence together. The cement wasn't mixed properly and only the corner posts are cemented in the ground. The other posts are just in the ground with no cement. I guess they just wanted to do it quickly instead of correctly.

When it was time to refinish my wrought iron railing, I dreaded the thought of sanding, & painting; especially since some of it was so far off the ground. Upon talking to a friend about it, he suggested to call Owen Roberts at Tennessee Valley Fence. Long story short, Owen's guys came out, took the railing to the shop, sandblasted it, repaired it, and covered it with a durable powder coating. Tennessee Valley Fence did a great job installing an iron banister for our front steps. The style, symmetry and quality all exceeded our expectation. The wait was quite some time until they completed the custom order and installed it, but it was worth the wait! Very solid craftsmanship. Thank you TVF
Beware of these people!!! They drive around in unlicensed vehicles, the vehicles have faulty rear view mirrors, they run people off the road and when confronted about their dangerous actions, threaten you with 5 foot steel poles. If you call a supervisor “Randall” all he cares about is if they got their work done. Very disappointing behavior to say the least!!!
