They cancelled the class ten minutes before it was supposed to start… when I had already driven 20 minutes to get there. There should have been earlier communication in the event of weather cancellation but there was no communication until ten minutes before the scheduled start time. This just seems irresponsible, unprofessional and crappy and not considerate of the people who set aside time to do this and get there. Tennis Central provided my son with excellent coaching and feedback. The weekend matches that they organize were always super engaging. They really helped solidify his interest in tennis!
I’ve tried similar companies before - I can confidently say Tennis Central stands alone! From start to finish, the entire experience was positive. They were incredibly easy to work with, and their communication was always prompt, clear, and super friendly. I had the best time during my lessons, and the instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and made every session both fun and productive. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I cannot recommend Tennis Central and their amazing team enough!
