Teresa Lane is the very best therapist I have ever had. I have been a patient of hers for almost 8 years. She actually cares and listens. She doesn't just try to pump you full pills and send you on your way. She gives great cognitive therapy.

She was weirdly preoccupied with the fact that I was in bed even though I work night shift at work. She accused me of being naked when I had clothes on - just my shoulders were exposed. She bought up 3 times that she is an NP and therefore knows better than me, a PA. She abruptly stopped the medications I’ve been on for over ten years. No discussion of tapering. I am so glad I’ve found Teresa. She is compassionate, thorough and an excellent listener. I left my appointment feeling inspired to return to my old self. Highly recommend.

My provider is exceptional. She understands what I’m going through and provides insight on things that will be beneficial. I do telehealth with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and she is more knowledgeable about the medications I take than my previous psychiatrist who was with another group. She was on time for our appointment and really listened to what I was saying. I’ll definitely keep going to her.
