She was weirdly preoccupied with the fact that I was in bed even though I work night shift at work. She accused me of being naked when I had clothes on - just my shoulders were exposed. She bought up 3 times that she is an NP and therefore knows better than me, a PA. She abruptly stopped the medications I’ve been on for over ten years. No discussion of tapering.
