She's very professional and takes her time explaining your condition and her recommendations.
Had major hemorrhoid flare-up. Prep-H wasn't helping. Unfortunately, pain worsened Sat afternoon. Called on-call number and Dr. Teresa Nam was covering for my doctor and called back. From first minute, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and short. First question, she questioned the legitimacy of everything I said. At the end, she scolded me and said "In the future, call during the week or Saturday morning for prescriptions." As if I can control my pain!!!! No compassion. DO NOT USE HER!! FIND DR. WHO CARES!
Very quick with her patients and doesn't listen and very quick to judge you. First visit was suppose to be 45 minutes (which it was much shorter then that) and the entire time we were rushed. Already being nervous to see a new doctor you would think she would take the time to really get to know the patient. She doesn't take the time to listen and cuts you off when you are speaking. Not a people person at all. First impressions are a must and for me it was not good.
