My technician was Frank Williams, he was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to his job. He communicated with me before coming to my home to be certain that he had what was needed to complete the job that I requested. Thank you so much Mr. Williams for being so helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

3 stars only because the first technician never arrived nor rescheduled. Customer service reached out to his manager and they promised I would hear something. I waited hours and nothing. The 2nd technician Frank was awesome however. It would be great if you could reach a local office when you call.
Aaron contacted me the day before he arrived and gave me an approximate time he would be there. He came and stayed doing a thorough job and contacted me wen he was completed. Thanks Terminex for hiring people youcan trust to get the ob done
