I have been with Altera for nearly two full years, Terminix purchased the company a few months ago, the courteous and professional care and attention has carried on. Prompt acknowledgments of all questions, requests for additional services, following through on preferred times, for calls alerting me that the service person in on the way, so I can secure my pets, unlock by security etc. have been addressed, over the many month with only one exception, and that was addressed with a follow u p service.
