Josh came to our house and sprayed all over and found the source of our bug problem! He took the time to show me the bug access point and tell me all the things I can do to fix it- along with thoroughly spraying all around outside! I can’t recommend him enough! He’s fantastic and I’ve signed a quarterly contract and feel so much peace about this.
Our technician, Misty Wade, was wonderful. She came on late notice to take care of an ant issue we were having. She was very diligent and and helpful. She searched for where the ants were coming in our kitchen and where they were coming from. She was like a master sleuth tracking the ants back and forth and she ultimately found the nest. She treated the nest and the locations where they were coming in and the bushes around the area where they were congregating as well. Well done. Thank you!
Your representative, Roman, arrived right on time. I told him what my issues were and discussed potential issues. He placed glue strips in the room where I was believed to be the issue. He said if I was still experiencing the issue I should call back. Thank you for your quick response.
