I met with Christian both before and after my service was complete. Before the treatment we discussed problem areas I noticed and asked him to concentrate on those areas. After treatment we discussed his observations and his recommendations to prevent insects from having access to my home. He was respectful of my extensive landscaping, arrived as stated, and spent an appropriate amount of time treating my home. I would highly recommend

Christian is awesome! We've been with Terminix for years (close to 7 years, I think). We had a carpenter ant issue when we first moved into our house (they were everywhere!), but Terminix took care of it, and we haven't seen an ant since. Christian has been coming out to service our home for years! It's nice to see a friendly face. I appreciate that he calls in advance to let me know what day he'll be coming.
