My fiancé and I lived in this complex for about two years. Depending on expenditures we paid between 1640 and 1700 a month and it was simply not worth the problems we dealt with. Pros: Beautiful view of the lake Lovely walking areas Nicely laid out kitchen and bathroom VERY thick walls (rarely heard our neighbors unless dead quiet) Parking garage Great maintenance workers (Polite, professional and was prompt with addressing issues) The wildlife is amazing and wonderful to observe. Just the worst. Dirty they have a trash service that never comes so there is just trash sitting outside people apartments and in the parking garage. There is broken light fixtures and doors all over the complex that they refuse to fix. They are quick to try and fine you for rules they make up monthly that when you signed your lease weren’t in place. There have been multiple shootings here and police are on site almost daily. I moved here a year ago and loved it until Aug. 3rd, 2023. You never really know the true character of people until an emergency hits. That’s when you see what people are made of. This is a warning to all of you looking for your next place to call home! KJ is the best maintenance man EVER!! He always is so friendly and gets things done fast. He is always asking if we need anything and keeping us informed on anything we may not have heard about the apartments and etc! He’s great definitely best maintenance man around!

Don't be fooled. Read the Google reviews on this place. It's crawling with unsatisfied tenants before and after the FIRE that happened with no alarms going off. If you want to be safe find a better place to live. This place is a joke!

Terra Lago apartments are so wonderful!! Parking is great. The apartments are beautiful. Having a lake view here in Texas is a must, and Terra Lago has an amazing view. My favorite thing about these apartments is the staff. Management is on point and very friendly. Highly recommend living here.
