My wife has been in memory care at TerraBella since September of 2022. I have always felt the care was compassionate and competent; however, under the new leadership of Nadia it has reached a whole new level. The staff is stable, focused and well trained. What they are accomplishing in a very challenging setting brings great comfort to me. Integration with medical staff has been excellent.
Shout out to Nadia Rorie, Memory Care Director, and memory care staff. My husband has been in TerraBella since December 2023. Nadia lets me know how my husband is doing when I am not there and she always ask me if I have any concerns to report.The staff lets me know if he took his meds or if he ate all his food. They are very familiar with each resident and their different needs. I am thankful for all those who work with my husband because we have become like a family.
I was hired by this company with an offer letter and a start date. Executive Director had me come in two hours early before orientation to have me clean rooms before any kind of training or pay paperwork was went over or signed. Regional administrator contacted me was asking me about the administrator. I told here how I felt and what happened. Administrator called and left message and said she was sorry if I was overwhelmed. Friendly, clean and such a pleasant environment. Food is great. Cooked with love. Residents treated like family & seem to enjoy life.
Doesn’t give medicine on time. Tells residents they have 2 hours from the time their call bells go off the give them what they need. Compression socks never gets put on in time either. Every morning, morning meds aren’t given out till after 10 o’clock Staff is very hateful and negligent it’s honestly very sad.
