The office staff is grossly incompetent and seemed to fail at every opportunity. Other than the dreadful staff, Terry Lawson always seems to be in a horrific mood. However the most disturbing thing that happened to me is that they billed my insurance for Pinkeye, which I have never had in my life, ever. They charged my insurance for contact lenses that were never ordered and they refused the 2 (free) insurance required follow-up visits. They tried to bill my insurance hundreds of dollars for fictious reasons. STAY AWAY
After visiting 4 optometrists I finally found Dr. Terry Lawson. He and his staff have an innate ability to put patients at ease and his knowledge and capabilities are well-known throughout Oklahoma. Dr. Lawson stays current with the latest technology and will guide his patients into the best solution for them. For instance, 2 optometrists told me to get glasses or contacts and neglected to mention I had rapid growth cataracts and a torn retina, either could have led to blindness.
