This morning I had a problem with my car making a strange noise while driving on I-5. I managed to merge onto Mission Avenue, then I saw the sign for Terry's Auto Body across the road. I drove into the forecourt and asked if they could help me. They quickly diagnosed the problem, took the car into the shop, replaced two screws which were missing from a panel and in 15 minutes I was on my way. Problem solved and no charge! I am so grateful for the amazing customer service I received at Terry’s Auto Body on my 2021 Subaru Forester! Glynn and Melanie are so friendly and welcoming. The office is spotless and open. Melanie figured out my repair in less than two minutes. The part on the bumper could be pushed back in place and 2 clips replaced behind the bumper. Melanie repaired it in less ten minutes at no charge! Amazing generosity! I will be back for a future detailing package.

I was given Terry's auto and body shop as an option through insurance and since it's close by it sounded good. I had no idea how great they would actually be, Juan is absolutely awesome!!!! They called me and scheduled a drop off time, Juan went over everything with me before I left and kept me updated regularly throughout the 2 weeks they had my car. My car looks fantastic but the customer service is definitely what I was most impressed with. Thank you Juan for making this situation a great experience!!

There is a reason businesses have longevity. They have been repairing cars since 1956. I am very pleased that our very complex needs for repair on electric vehicle were addressed by Terry Auto Body. After another body shop damaged my car while repairing it, I was frustrated and needed a quality body shop to fix my car. I had used Terry’s Auto Body & Paint before since they are Hyundai certified. Glynn, Tessa, Edgar, and Linas are the nicest and friendliest people to work with. It took a month to get in because they are very busy but totally worth it.
