Overall, the experience was great! Setting up the appointment was easy. We had to reschedule due to a conflict, and that was smooth also. When we arrived, the staff member was professional and courteous. The process was simple and quick. Results were received as advertised. (Negative—yippee!!). Extremely happy with the service I received from Test Well! The appointment setup online was very easy, confirmation and reminder notices were sent out promptly and the results were received the same day and 3 hours earlier than promised! I’ll definitely recommend Test Well to all my friends, especially those who need quick results for travel!!
So quick and easy! I did my screening process in less than five minutes, then made an appointment, and was seen a half an hour later. Most testing seems to be booking out far, but they were able to take care of me right away. I got my results fast and am very happy with my experience!
Booked it online for same day test! Opted for next day results so Insurance covered it, so no out if pocket. Results came that night. Only problem I had was coming up with enough saliva. Make sure you're well hydrated before the cutoff time! Great facility and great experience!! Thanks Madison! We appreciate it!
Test Well made it super easy to schedule a quick COVID test for my 6 month old who was exposed at daycare. They accommodated a weekend appointment despite their limited availability, and they made the process of scheduling simple by responding promptly to my questions via text. The actual sample collection was also quick and easy and I got results super fast. Test well provides such a great service to the community and I'm grateful for having found them!
