It feels like a morgue in there. No communication from anyone. The first time I went there I waited for about 10 minutes at the desk. I could tell the receptionist had her baby there and had to wait for the baby to get fed. Then, after asking when I’d hear back on the X-rays I was told they couldn’t say. The second time I came, my daughter went in for an MRI and she came out with no information on what to expect. It would be nice to have some sort of communication. It feels like an alternate dimension in there.

My experience getting ultrasounds done there was genuinely good and I loved it. The tech was very kind and great. My low rating however goes towards their billing and insurance system. At my first appointment I had email my insurance information. A few weeks later I was billed, but the cost was suspiciously high. I called and found I had no insurance on file. First off, this place is the most dismal, sterile, depressing office I've ever been in. 2nd, the front desk help was TERRIBLE!!!! Far less than helpful!!! The gal had a terrible attitude & didn't care about anyone in the office. She didn't enter my husband's current information in correctly, which we filed or on the day of the imaging... then, after several calls to try to change it... not one bill was even sent to our current address... which we've lived at for 7 years!!! If I could give less than one star I would. I scheduled a procedure with the staff and was told I would not have to pay due to my catastrophic out of pocket max. I had called insurance to verify, and continued with the appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment I was then told I had to pay $200 up front. I explained I had met my out of pocket max and had been told that a prior authorization had been made and I was not required to pay. I was treated with disrespect by the front desk staff. Was charged $519 for the most inconclusive anatomy scan. The tech lacked confidence in all measurements and imaging and couldn’t even confirm a gender. I had to reschedule with a different radiologist right after just to have our baby’s gender confirmed and to do a quick check on everything (it took her five minutes to do it all and was a fraction of the price). The billing department won’t negotiate pricing with me as they already submitted the bill to insurance. Won’t use Teton Radiology again.
