Our twice a year inspection with Air Doc of Texas! Their Customer Care always calls to remind, update and calendar us . She is just the nicest person to talk with! Once again Jeff and Texas Air Doctors provided exemplary service at the spur of the moment. We all know surviving the Texas heat without AC is next to impossible and Jeff made sure that was not necessary. I highly recommend Texas Air Doctors to anyone who wants quality service and to be treated like family instead of a nameless number in their system.
Blake came by from Texas Air Doctors to repair my gas fireplace. He was very professional and answered any question I had . He did a thorough examination and determined that I only needed a clean connection to the switch on the wall. He just charged me the $99 diagnosis fee I knew about in advance. Honest guy I thought. If I need air or heating help, I would not hesitate to call him.
