Texas Bed is more than a mattress store. They listen to why you’re looking for a new mattress , after gathering information on your sleep habits and any problems you may have then they recommend the mattress that will best fit your needs. I highly recommend Texas Bed company, their customer service is exceptional. Todd, Tyler and Seth care about your sleep wellness. My 3rd mattress purchase from TBC…and looking forward to having my Purple mattress delivered.
After full day of shopping for beds we ended at Texas Bed Company in Beaumont and found the perfect bed! Seth helped us and was VERY informative on the beds. We told him our range and what we were looking for and he stayed in that range. He didn’t do what the other stores did and tried upselling a bed that was way out of our range and was very honest about everything. Free delivery and they took my old bed for free. Highly recommend this company!
I haven’t purchased a box spring in years, so I wasn’t knowledgeable of the cost. After research, I learned the average price of a queen size box spring. I chose Texas Bed Co., because it was average priced for steel instead of wood so why not go with that! Purchase was easy, quick, and nice. My nights have been dreamy.
Tyler was extremely educated about the product, professional and forthcoming about the process. I recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go by and check him out.
I first spoke to Tyler on the phone to get information about their products. I went to the store on Saturday the 27th of September. Seth was the salesman. He was very helpful in describing their beds. I purchased a mattress and box spring. I explained that it needed to be delivered to a group home and I needed a specific time so I could coordinate the delivery time with the house mother because she couldn’t be there all day.
