I had an emergency over the last weekend where my well head collapsed. I have a small ranch with 8 longhorns. We go through a considerable amount of water and moving the longhorns on the fly was not an option. I got a 1000 gallon tank and pump now all I needed was the water. Today was our first time using Texas Bulk Water, and I would hands down rate 5 stars. Their responsiveness right off the bat was impressive. After my initial inquiry I got a call back within 15 minutes and 5 minutes later had the services booked for a water delivery 2 days later. After calling a couple of other bulk water companies, one we've used in the past, never returned my calls. I called Texas Bulk Water and was pleasantly greeted by Jennifer. I explained how we have a new fiberglass pool being installed and she immediately knew the delicate nature of such an installation. I told Jennifer that we will need 2 truck loads of water, she scheduled 2 trucks for the next day, a Friday. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish getting our pool refilled, from the scheduling process with Jennifer to the professionalism of the delivery team. Oscar, Jim and James were a pleasure to meet. Will definitely call them first next time we need bulk water.
Texas Bulk Water always delivers in a timely manner. Their customer service is top notch, from the moment you make the call, until they drive off your lot. They've provided us drinking water, and filled pools. I can't recommend these folks enough. If you're looking for a good water delivery company, this is the one.
