Would recommend going some where else. Very rude. They seemed raciest from the beginning of walking in to the building. We’re not welcoming at all did not greet us. Had a look of disgust in there face. Would not ever recommend them to do business with.go downtown to security finance they help.they need to reconsider who they have working for them. These ladies here have serious issues. And Texas Titles and Payday loans is gonna loose a lot of business.
Very horrible experience upon walking in the door. Dark hair girl name Rachelle was giving the most disgusting look upon walking in like if we were in the wrong place. We were not in there 30 seconds and the manager was completely rude. Did not try to help in any way asked for items not even required for title loans (-15/10 ) do not recommend. These ladies need to find new profession because this was not it.
Very poor customer Service Tried to Apply for a loan on my vehicle That I'm buying to pay the remainder balance Off to my truck. but whenever I got to the location i was Surprised by the way the Lady That helped me out and Questioned me On my proof of income. my employer Was with me and had proof of verification and they said they couldn't help us. But the way they was looking at us while we walked up like we wasn't supposed to be there. honestly felt very uncomfortable the look that I was getting made me feel very unwanted ... read more
The ladies at Texas Car Title and payday loan, welcomed me with a smile & were able to get me exactly what I needed!! The manager has a great team!
Would highly recommend coming to this place for any of your loan needs. They are amazing as far as customer service goes and very fast service as well. Sally and Gabby are the two loan associates that we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Like I said this place is the best place in Corsicana to come by for any loan needs!
