Christian, was so friendly and respectful. He knows how to lighten someone’s day with little silly jokes and he really tries to understand your situation and do his best to help you. Definitely recommend him for anyone that is needing help. Even if they can’t get you what you need, at the end of the day they still have a job to do and they follow procedures. Don’t take your frustration on people that try’s to help.
