Our pool was in need of a refresh. The Texas Custom Outdoors team did an amazing job! We re-plastered, replaced the coping/waterline, filled a green area with concrete, and sealed the waterfall. Tracy was awesome helping select colors and walked us through the whole process. Only took a month for a full remodel. They also made sure our chemicals weee balanced after the job was done. I would highly recommend their service!

I had an excellent experience working with Texas Custom Outdoors. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in outdoor construction. The quality of workmanship really stands out. Attention to detail, solid execution, and no cutting corners. We got quotes from 8 different pool builders. Tracy was the most knowledgeable, helpful and transparent of all. We told him our non-negotiables and he talked us through possible alternatives, with information and thoughtful questions. No upselling, no salesman tricks, just open conversation. I have no words to describe how happy we are with Tracy's work. He came to do the estimate in a couple of days. I had a tight budget and some time restrictions. He did a great design and estimated all the details I wanted and more. When he showed us the design, we decided to go a little further and add more decking since he offers such good prices. Texas Custom outdoors designed our pool to what we wanted while guiding us to a grest result, AND seamlessly tied in our large patio to make our new pool a beautiful addition to our home. I also had a time deadline for completion and they met it without delay. 100% satisfied with the value and service we received. They handled the HOA permits, and the sprinkler and landscaping, when they left, it was truly complete. This was my third pool and this experience was the best by far.
