I’ve been going to this Gym for almost a year now and love the atmosphere! Everyone is kind, the gym is clean, roomy and spacious. My trainer Trey has set me up for success in reaching my goals. Very impressed by their commitment to the clients😃👌🏾
They bait and switched me!! I was there for a week. I paid $100 for a coach for my first month and $25 for kids club only to switch to planet fitness. No one informed their employees. They were just as in the dark as everyone else. If they devalue their employees then they devalue the clients. I will be requesting a full refund after being there for one week because they’re also getting rid of child care. I joined TFF for this reason. I really love that the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I actually tried the 14 day trial first and then got my membership.
Switched to Planet Fitness with no notice and you are eliminating the child care and cycle classes which were the sole reason for us joining this gym??? This club is managed, ran, and maintained poorly. Not surprised that they had to sell but I am surprised the way it was handled.
I got to try this gym out for free this past week and really enjoyed myself. The team is great they answered all of my questions and I’m very excited to get started on my fitness journey.
