This was a really good place to work out. Their facility was clean and orderly. I enjoyed working out here for several years and their staff was always helpful and friendly. They maintain a very nice outward facade. Now here is where things take a dark turn that I have to seriously question the integrity of this company. We love this studio. Great layout and variety of machines. Super clean. Friendly staff. Does not get noisy even when there is a bigger crowd. Highly recommend this Texas Family Fitness location.
Do not get a personal trainer from this company. I spent close to $2k over the course of a year with a trainer and he was great at his job. Was only going to do it for 6 months but continued after that because my trainer was so good to work with. He felt it was time to move on because of management at TFF. He consulted with me letting me know that he was putting in a month notice so he could finish all his sessions with his clients giving us and the company plenty of time to make arrangements for his departure. I just joined back for the second time and it’s been great. The only issue I have which I just KNEW would be the case because I know how these companies get you is all over their website it says $0 to enroll all over but there’s still a $41 charge when you sign up so where is the $0 to enroll exactly? Other than that it’s been great just wish were honest but I knew would be a catch once you sign up so beware when you join.
I travel a lot for work and visit a lot of different gyms around the country but this is my home gym. This is probably one of the better equipped gyms I've been to. It's the range of available equipment and amenities; free weights, cam and other machines as well as the large studio room for yoga, stretching, martial art, etc., whatever style you practice. Too, it's spread out allowing space between stations.
