Love this gym. It's perfect for me. I recently left planet fitness to start working out here. Nothing against PF in general, but TFF offers much more in terms of equipment, classes, and individual workout rooms and space. Membership is very competitive. The only knock, I guess, is that it's not open 24 hrs. I dont work out late at night, so it's perfect for me.
It’s been a long time since I’ve found a gym I really like and this one is it! It has every machine you can think of and enough dumbbells to go around. I also like that there are multiple areas separate from the main gym floor where you can do your own thing. They even have group classes, which I love. It’s always clean and the staff is GREAT! Ask for Justin Healey, he’s the best!
Great gym, Great environment! Unlike most gyms I’ve been to it’s always clean that’s a major plus. There’s all types of equipment. And it’s always organized. Great people here at the front desk. They are very helpful and inviting. Shout out to Brian, super cool guy man. This one of the better gyms in Dallas for sure for both beginners and those with years of experience.
my name Jah. I really enjoy my time here at the Mockingbird location. Sidney has been a wonderful addition to the Texas Family Fitness location. I enjoyed the Aqua chair. I enjoy this coming here every day as much as I can. It’s awesome
Love this gym! It’s clean, has every machine you could ever need and it’s not expensive at all! Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a gym. Just ask for Justin Healey he is great!
