If it weren’t for our trainer, we’d be at any other gym but this one. Broken glass, broken machines, old equipment, dirty floors, grimy bathroom, no music, always hot everywhere except for the freezing showers, just overall a bad vibe. I was excited to check out the Gym as the facility looked great and I have few friends working out here. However, the experience was ruined by terrible management. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the General Manager,and the Manager was a total disaster. (Manager) When we questioned the discrepancy regarding the online rates and the ones Offered at the Gym, the manager stated they don’t have to honor online pricing as they are meeting their Numbers. This gym is excellent. The staff is very helpful in showing you how to use equipment. As a complete novice to the gym I often feel intimidated with new equipment. Ask Chavez he is very patient and thorough in explaining exercises. Find the man in the blue hat and black shirt. Jordan, he made setting up my membership very easy and accessible.
TFF Gym distinguishes itself through its superb amenities and the unparalleled support from its staff. Mike, in particular, has been exemplary in his service. Texas family fitness is the biggest scam!!! The GM will lie to you, tell you that you will only be charged for such a such amount only to be charged more than what was previously discussed. Almost 30 bucks more. When I found out, I called and spoke with the GM and explained I was over charged. He mentioned he would refund what was owed and it would take 3 - 5 business days.
