I am happy to find a Planet Fitness near my house. The gym has great machines, is very clean, and just bit crowded. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making each visit enjoyable. The only downside is there’s no group classes, I liked the Manager Jay he was very profesional . Overall, it’s a great place to work out, and I highly recommend it.
Nice gym . Overall great experience. Recently reported about the cycling seats not workings it week 2 weeks it’s not fixed yet . And Red light therapy never worked .Management please take care this .
Friendly staff, good machines however since Planet Fitness took over the facilities are going downhill. The gym is extremely dirty. Huge dust clusters under every machine that could easily be swept or vacuumed up but I never see anyone doing that. Pipes are rusting in many places.
TFF was my first & favorite gym and I was really disappointed to see the news of it becoming a planet fitness, a chain that I've only ever heard negative things about. I think the communication could have been handled a lot better than a brief email and instagram post the day of the change, but the transition was easy enough; I just walked in, they pulled up my account from my phone number, took a new picture, and I was good to go. I've been a member since 2013 and I wish this is what all Planet Fitness looked like from the beginning. I would have given this a 2 star but I have been impressed by this location because it does not resemble a planet fitness anymore it looks like an actual gym where I'd want to come workout. Hopefully other Planet Fitness follows this trend.
