The gym is spacious, lots of different equipment, Nautilus machines are awesome, lots of cages, and options for everybody. However, the gym is starting to fall apart. Their maintenance efforts are lacking. The equipment is breaking and takes a while to repair. Lots of tore up bench and pad covers, broken cables, out of alignment weight stack rods, etc. It is very crowded at 5am and at 8am. It only has one incline bench and one Smith Machine. Always busy. This a great gym! The team is very helpful for the most part. The only thing I will say is there a lot of stand around. Around the machines and ppl sitting not doing anything. And they run out of the wipes a lot.. ON THE PHONE smh ! Other than that I love this gym. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who help me yesterday but he was very nice
9/19/24- 5am and no staff had shown up to open the gym. Waited until 5:15am before giving up and heading home. Completely wasted my morning and this is not the first time this has happened. 12/19/24 - 5:20am and no staff have shown up once again (now under Planet Fitness)
First off I don’t write a lot of reviews but I think this one needs to be written. I love the gym equipment here but the staff not so much. Of course they’re very nice to you when you sign up but dealing with them after is another story. The front desk manager/people are not very helpful. When dealing with being charged and talking with them. They all tell you different things and the front desk manager doesn’t seem to care if you have proof to prove who you talked too and what they said at that time. When cancelling my gym... read more
