We worked with James and Justin while getting out hot tub selected. We are out a couple hours at the lake with beautiful views and Texas Hot Tub helped us to pick out the perfect tub for our decor and setting. Bought my hot tub from Texas Hot Tub and Ross Underwood did a great job which is reflected in my review of the sales experience. Needed some help and Emily arranged a service call which was done today by Michael. Can’t say enough about him. Great guy, very personable, helpful, and a great guy.
