Cover Needs Replacement After 3 Months 3 months later, loving my Jacuzzi 345, but not so much the cover. Keep in mind, the cover is not going to come from Jacuzzi. Normally they take a couple of years (5 or 6 years for a really good one) to get water-logged enough to need a new one. This one is already putting undue strain on the cover lift and in need of replacement. See if they can upgrade the cover for you when you buy. And no, I don’t shock and close ever, and I don’t keep the water too high, etc. I’m no newbie to this.
We bought the Jacuzzi 345 and so far love it. The purchase from beginning to delivery went so smoothly and easily! This is our second hot tub, so we knew what to look for in a seller, as well as features. Don’t be fooled by these “spa show” dealers. They were full of a lot of high pressure hype. Their tubs seemed okay, but included things like gate valves. The purpose of the gate valves is to allow replacement and repair of components without having to empty the tub (emptying the tub is NO BIG DEAL). The theory sounds goo... read more

Joel C set up an appointment for us and thoroughly answered all our questions. We are just starting to look, but we feel well informed already on the various options with Jacuzzi, the benefits compared to competing brands, etc. It helped having such a wide range of models in the showroom to see and sit in to narrow down what is most important for us.
Joel is awesome and so were Tony and the delivery guys. Love our new Jacuzzi !
