Texas Lakes is the first rv park that I've lived. Originally my boyfriend and I were only going to be here a month but we've now been here almost 16 months. We love it here. Everyone is so nice and the staff works so hard to keep it clean and orderly. They are always helpful with a restaurant to try or killing fire ants. We couldn't be happier here. Wonderful! Teresa, the Manager, is extremely sweet, kind, and patient! Clean park with good size sites. Covered or not, back in, pull through, laundry, mail, propane, pool, even some snacks.

We had the opportunity to stay a Aubrey RV in November 2025. When we came back to DFW to stay longer while starting a new job, we knew this was the place for us. We have not been disappointed. Teresa and Lawanda and the staff are just... so friendly. Some campgrounds seem to hate having customers! But not here at Aubrey. The staff even, when time allows, organizes your Amazon, UPS, etc, deliveries into groups for you. Their invoicing system is excellent and clear. The grounds are well maintained, too. Since Phillip and Teresa have taken over it's been nothing but wonderful!! We feel safe in the gated community and welcome. Its quiet but awesome if you have little ones as well!! the playground and underground pool have been amazing and well kept!! Lawanda and her husband run the grounds on the weekend and they most definitely go above and beyond for anyone! This is the best place to stay it you want a home and community, or even just a vacay! We love it!
