A MUST STAY! WOW ! What a Welcome Home Greeting Teresa Meet ME AT My New Home Lot . Philip Assisted With the Moving in. RV Park Well Maintained and Well Kept in Beautiful Surroundings. Awesome Dog Park, All Grass, No Dirt Yeppy! Great Clean Kids Playground for My Granddaughters. Amazing State of Texas Shaped Swimming Pool. So Well Maintained and Always Cleaned. Since Phillip and Teresa have taken over it's been nothing but wonderful!! We feel safe in the gated community and welcome. Its quiet but awesome if you have little ones as well!! the playground and underground pool have been amazing and well kept!! Lawanda and her husband run the grounds on the weekend and they most definitely go above and beyond for anyone! This is the best place to stay it you want a home and community, or even just a vacay! We love it!
My daughter stays here with her father and gf. Just because I am not on record means nothing because I doubt he is either. I have been on the grounds and demands like take down your review lost you another star.
The ladies running the office, Teresa and Lawonda, have been nothing short of amazing and kind with questions. Quick to respond and I’m sad my stay here is over. Will recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term rental OR storage.
UPDATE BELOW:The Sunrise and Sunset views from all angles around the park are awesome! This clean, gated, quiet small RV Park has a swimming pool and a card operated laundry facility with new machines available for use. There are long and short term stays available with a month to month contract. We are enjoying our stay here. UPDATE 11/2024: This little Park has grown and currently has back-in sites available with full sunrise AND sunset views you can only see in Texas.
