Awesome Dog Park, All Grass, No Dirt Yeppy! Great Clean Kids Playground for My Granddaughters. Amazing State of Texas Shaped Swimming Pool. So Well Maintained and Always Cleaned. Since Phillip and Teresa have taken over it's been nothing but wonderful!! We feel safe in the gated community and welcome. Its quiet but awesome if you have little ones as well!! the playground and underground pool have been amazing and well kept!! Lawanda and her husband run the grounds on the weekend and they most definitely go above and beyond for anyone! This is the best place to stay it you want a home and community, or even just a vacay! We love it!
So far, so wonderful! Teresa, the Manager, is extremely sweet, kind, and patient! Clean park with good size sites. Covered our not, back in, pull through, laundry, mail, propane, pool, even some snacks.
UPDATE BELOW:The Sunrise and Sunset views from all angles around the park are awesome! This clean, gated, quiet small RV Park has a swimming pool and a card operated laundry facility with new machines available for use. There are long and short term stays available with a month to month contract. We are enjoying our stay here. UPDATE 11/2024: This little Park has grown and currently has back-in sites available with full sunrise AND sunset views you can only see in Texas. Very nice place to stay. It is gated with a fence you need a code to get in. The office staff was friendly and helped me fix some problems with my camper. They are building a new swimming pool that should be open soon. Nice quiet area with lots of good local restaurants close by. I definitely recommend it!
