The overall service was actually decent. Raymond was great. He was very professional and everything was handled smoothly. My review is mainly based on the great service. The downside of going here is that they charge a 99.00 shop charge fee, plus 100.00 to diagnosis the issue. And these fees aren't waived or rolled into what you would owe if service is performed like other places. So keep in mind, that you will be paying an additional 200.00 in fees. I don't think we will keep returning.
We recently purchased our vehicle in the Nissan Grapevine branch and our experience was superb. Elix was our sales person handled the sale with grace and expertise. Patrick Guess, the manager was friendly and professional and ensured the sale process went smooth and quick. Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and still waited 2 hours to get my car. This was my first time here, moved in the area, and sorry to say, I will drive all the way back to my previous dealership’s service department because I am used to and appreciate the service the other dealer provides. ☑️Communication was very limited. Had to keep asking about my car. Service advisor was told that I needed to be out by a certain time—he apologized ☑️Had to provide my personal information for registration 3 different times!!!... read more
Service was taken care of appropriately and service advisor did not try to sell me on additional items which seems like typical practice at other shops. He was very friendly and my car came back clean and checking out was easy. My only complaints was the wait. I saw my car pulled out, ready to go, and waited about 30 minutes before being able to check out. Also, a credit card surcharge seems somewhat unusual nowadays. Overall, I’d trust this location with future services.
They do not even deserve 1 star. Will never take my vehicle to them or buy another vehicle from them ever again. The best thing that could happen to that dealership is a complete new set of leadership. Until then, stay as far away from Texas Nissan as you can.
