The overall service was actually decent. Raymond was great. He was very professional and everything was handled smoothly. My review is mainly based on the great service. The downside of going here is that they charge a 99.00 shop charge fee, plus 100.00 to diagnosis the issue. And these fees aren't waived or rolled into what you would owe if service is performed like other places. So keep in mind, that you will be paying an additional 200.00 in fees. I don't think we will keep returning.
I’ve used this dealership many times in the past, but something has definitely changed. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not good. The facility looked rundown—as if it might be closing soon. The drop off area and service areas were dirty, and the door to the detailing bay was broken and hanging off the rails. Came in for my appointment for a maintenance check. I was quoted an hour 45 for the service. I waited 4 and a half hours before I asked someone to check on my car The technician had failed to pass on some information and it wasn't noticed until I asked. My overall stay was 5 1/2 hours. The workers were polite, but negligent. I won't be returning except to have the tire on order installed.
Samantha was great. Texted me the day before you remind me of my appointment and how busy Saturday can be. Got me in and out fast with my oil change. Not a fan of the 3% credit card fee.. if not for the oil change coupon that credit card fee would have been a turnoff to going here.
Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and still waited 2 hours to get my car. This was my first time here, moved in the area, and sorry to say, I will drive all the way back to my previous dealership’s service department because I am used to and appreciate the service the other dealer provides. ☑️Communication was very limited. Had to keep asking about my car.
