I have recently bought a used car from this dealership. This was probably the fastest I have ever bought a car. In fact, I paid for it before the checks and inspection were completed. poor customer service, over the phone AND in person initially . BUT rio definitely made up, made it a smooth process- the wait time will never be the greatest so that's just expected

We had a great experience. If you're in the market for a used car, definitely ask for Kendall! He was patient, helpful, informative and kind throughout the entire process. We take our time purchasing cars and went back and forth a lot. He never pressured us and answered every question we had. In the end, we got the perfect car for us and our needs.

Great location and we had a really friendly salesman. We are in the market for a new SUV and my wife was curious about the Pathfinders. They had plenty here, tho they didn't have the exact one that we wanted. Looking for the Platinum with every feature and the two tone interior, it wasn't in stock yet. We had a decent experience at this dealership. They had a wide variety of used vehicles to look at and test drive. Originally went to view a Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle had clearly not been detailed yet as there were crumbs and trash from prior owners. Surprised they didn't detail before showing, especially since we made an appointment. Test drove 2 other vehicles and landed on a used 2022 Nissan Rogue. After some negotiation we were able to get close to the price we wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful overall.

I brought my 2017 Nissan Sentra into the service department on 11/19/2022 for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection and was advised by Owen Williams that I need a four wheel alignment and replace front brakes pads and resurface rotors. I'd like to give a big shout out to both Cole and Brandon, they made the truck buying experience a breeze and never gave up on making sure everything went smoothly from start to signing the paperwork. I went to there for maintenance and they did a service inspection and realized what was going on in my car was not what they had told me before. They took the time to explain to me and show me on my car. I appreciated the customer service and will definitively go back there.
