I am extremely concerned by the conduct of Robert Sweeney and his supervisor, which I believe reflects a pattern of dishonesty and deceptive billing practices. I was initially presented with one quote, only to be charged additional amounts without proper explanation or authorization. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, this service center engages in excessive and questionable charges. Warranty coverage is consistently denied, making the extended service plans not worth the cost. Recently, my daughter's engine was overheating. I observed that a hose appeared to be disconnected, but I was not comfortable attempting to inspect or repair anything underneath the vehicle myself. The service center required a full day and charged a $100 diagnostic fee, only to provide an estimate of nearly $1,000 to replace a hose clamp th... read more

Great experience provided by Thomas Hall in the Service Department. From intake to pickup of my car, he provided excellent customer service. He answered my “in warranty “ questions with ease, provided tips to further assist with general care of the car, and had it back to me MUCH earlier than he estimated originally. All was good and I like it!!

Horrible experience. So much that I had total buyers remorse and don't even like my car now. I purchased a 2025 Santa Fe on Tuesday Dec 16th. A very expensive purchase which I also paid down 3k and am paying 125 more than I said I could do. All that being said, I made it home with the car only to get a call saying that they had forgotten to complete the inspection. I told him I could bring it Thursday or Friday but not Wednesday because I had spent several hours at their dealership, so had to make up my time on Wednesday. Ah... read more

We just bought a pre-owned 2024 Nissan Kicks from this dealership. We did get a great price for the car, and the guys in the service department did a good job, but communication was all over the place. Our sales guy consistently told us the car would be ready “tomorrow” or “at 3:00 today” or “100% finished today,” and it was never accurate.
