I came to Texas Nissan about 8:00 am with the rear bumper hanging by the shoe laces I used to tie it up so it wouldn’t drag. The gift of someone who didn’t bother to leave a note. I was met by Robert Sweeney who listened while I explained my problem. Robert guided me to the lounge while he took my car to have a technician diagnose what the full extent of the work that would be required. Based on my experience, this service center engages in excessive and questionable charges. Warranty coverage is consistently denied, making the extended service plans not worth the cost. Recently, my daughter's engine was overheating. I observed that a hose appeared to be disconnected, but I was not comfortable attempting to inspect or repair anything underneath the vehicle myself. I always work with Jordan when I come in for service on my Pathfinder. He’s always great, very accommodating and so friendly. Although I don’t come in often, he always remembers me. When I brought my car in yesterday, Jordan kept me updated on what was happening. I really appreciated that. Great communication skills.
