I’ve used this dealership many times in the past, but something has definitely changed. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was not good. The facility looked rundown—as if it might be closing soon. The drop off area and service areas were dirty, and the door to the detailing bay was broken and hanging off the rails. On top of that, I was pressured to purchase services I didn’t need, and the prices I was quoted didn’t match what was displayed on the big screens in the lobby. Samantha was great. Texted me the day before you remind me of my appointment and how busy Saturday can be. Got me in and out fast with my oil change. Not a fan of the 3% credit card fee.. if not for the oil change coupon that credit card fee would have been a turnoff to going here.
The overall service was actually decent. Raymond was great. He was very professional and everything was handled smoothly. My review is mainly based on the great service. The downside of going here is that they charge a 99.00 shop charge fee, plus 100.00 to diagnosis the issue. And these fees aren't waived or rolled into what you would owe if service is performed like other places. So keep in mind, that you will be paying an additional 200.00 in fees. I don't think we will keep returning.
Service was taken care of appropriately and service advisor did not try to sell me on additional items which seems like typical practice at other shops. He was very friendly and my car came back clean and checking out was easy. My only complaints was the wait. I saw my car pulled out, ready to go, and waited about 30 minutes before being able to check out. Also, a credit card surcharge seems somewhat unusual nowadays. Overall, I’d trust this location with future services.
Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and still waited 2 hours to get my car. This was my first time here, moved in the area, and sorry to say, I will drive all the way back to my previous dealership’s service department because I am used to and appreciate the service the other dealer provides. ☑️Communication was very limited. Had to keep asking about my car.
