We just Purchased a home that Texas pools and patios, in San Antonio, had just completed a brand new gorgeous pool. Truth be told that was a huge selling point for this house. There were multiple decks and the design was perfect! It had all the extra bells and whistles but the most important part is the customer service after the build. I had a great experience with Texas Pools & Patios thanks to Maricella, the Service and Warranty Coordinator. She helped me get my waterfall repaired and my outdoor pool controller replaced. Maricella was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and made sure her team handled the repairs quickly and professionally. What could have been a difficult situation turned into a positive experience because of her excellent customer service skills. She really turned things around for me, and now I’m a happy customer!

William, Miguel and their team did an excellent job. We have worked with them on many projects and they always go above and beyond. Their communication and desire to please the customer is unmatched. Don’t hesitate to contact them. I definitely recommend them.

Texas Pool & Patios is still phenomenal, year after year. Their staff, Monticello who works with admin is so kind and welcoming with helping us over the phone with the paperwork. Miguel came out again and surpassed his skills from last time by installing an upgraded panel system for our pool. His meticulous work and instructions on our new touchscreen made everything feel like a breeze. Looking forward to next appointment.

Texas Pools and Patios did an amazing job. It was completed more quickly than expected and the quality of the work was great. Clint did an amazing job of helping us through the overall process and John did a fantastic job of overseeing and helping us in the construction phases. I would certainly recommend them.
