We just Purchased a home that Texas pools and patios, in San Antonio, had just completed a brand new gorgeous pool. Truth be told that was a huge selling point for this house. There were multiple decks and the design was perfect! It had all the extra bells and whistles but the most important part is the customer service after the build. Texas Pools and Patios did an amazing job. It was completed more quickly than expected and the quality of the work was great. Clint did an amazing job of helping us through the overall process and John did a fantastic job of overseeing and helping us in the construction phases. I would certainly recommend them.

Texas Pools and Patios exceeded our expectations and has blown us away with our pool experience. Texas Pool and Patio's designed and installed our pool. Jim Crites came out and listened to what we wanted and returned a week later with a great design. John Flores was assigned to be the project superintendent and stayed in constant communications with us throughout the project. We are very happy with our pool and hot tub. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a custom pool.

I had a great experience with Texas Pools & Patios thanks to Maricella, the Service and Warranty Coordinator. She helped me get my waterfall repaired and my outdoor pool controller replaced. Maricella was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and made sure her team handled the repairs quickly and professionally. What could have been a difficult situation turned into a positive experience because of her excellent customer service skills. She really turned things around for me, and now I’m a happy customer!
