UPDATE: They contacted me within the hour of my review! Rene was super helpful, filled the prescription, apologized for the miscommunication and even delivered it the same day! I had a prescription I needed before traveling out of the country that normally takes 2-3 days to fill. I explained the urgency to Denise and she was able to talk to the pharmacist and get it processed within 10min. Great customer care and service. I really appreciate the help Denise provided. After expressing my unhappiness with the time my prescription was taking to ship out, I received a call apologizing for the delay and explaining what was going on. They offered me an alternative and made sure my order was packaged and shipped that same day. Would have given 5 stars if I would have originally been told that my medicine would ship late but happy with their customer service rep who called me. Very nice
Extremely helpful, took his time to explain-and explanation answer questions, doubts and concerns. My husband made sure he’d be able to inject me. The pharmacist was very helpful and made sure my husband was well prepared to inject me. I’d go there again if my doctor sends more meds there!
Texas star pharmacy has been amazing! Any time I had a question they answered it right away. I had my medication shipped, and received it today. I am beyond happy with my experience. I will definitely be using them again.
