Update: I was able to get through to a rep and they explained the system change and was able to find out when my prescription was shipping. The next day I had a tracking number which I’ve never had. In my opinion they should have warned customers of the system change. No one ever replied to my messages or email, but after a couple of tries and holding I was able to speak to someone so don’t give up. Not sure what has been happening. I have called, sent multiple texts, messaged through my account and no word on my refill. They used to be quick and receptive. It’s been over a week and yet to receive a response in any form. UPDATE: I was lost in the shuffle of them upgrading phone systems. I received a call from the manager and all is good! Thank you so much for coming through!
I would go elsewhere if another pharmacy compounded my Rx for a similar price. I PREPAID for my Rx on May 2, with the understanding that it would be delivered by end of the following week (i.e., May 9 - a full SEVEN days after I paid for it). It is May 8 now and no one responds to my texts, so I was forced to call them. I was told that my Rx was "almost ready" and they would have delivery pick it up as soon as possible, but might not be until tomorrow, which means it may be next week before I get it. I had a prescription I needed before traveling out of the country that normally takes 2-3 days to fill. I explained the urgency to Denise and she was able to talk to the pharmacist and get it processed within 10min. Great customer care and service. I really appreciate the help Denise provided.
