We recently had an in-ground gunite pool built by Texoma Country Pools and Spa, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. What a great company! Best customer service I have experienced with any organization over the years. Friendly, things are explained so that you can fully understand how to take care of your pool and equipment.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I called them several months after our pool was completed (summer of 2022) because we had to keep adding water every 2-3 days. They came out, put a 5 gallon bucket on the sundeck with a mark on it to measure the water evaporation, after a couple days they said it was normal! I called them several months later because we were adding water every day and now the pool is out of warranty they found the leak! They have ZERO care about customer service!! When my wife called me to inform me that Mother Nature decided to lift my Weber grill and plunge it right into the center of our pool, I was at a loss for words. I was also out of town…but our incredible pool company came to the rescue and exceeded all expectations! Not only did they help pull the grill out of the water, but they also cleaned, vacuumed, and backwashed the pool.
