staff inside super nice also the nurse practitioners no problem with them but the actually dr DR TEY worst ever show up whenever he wants to your birth i was in labor for almost a day saw him 1 time just for him to check my cervix at the very end after waiting for him so long to break my water, not to mention after you give birth be prepared to stay a whole other day because he takes his time to come by to discharge you my baby was discharged at 5 pm and i didn't get discharged until the following day due to him never coming... read more
Dr. Herrera (in elsa location) best ob I've seen till this day offered to help in the best way to accommodate to my needs. Forever grateful for all your help.God bless him and staff 🙏 ❤️ Very clean facility as well highly recommend
This is my first time going to an OBGYN my first pregnancy they were the best Dr Herrera is so patient and kind made me feel calmer after being scared at the hospital. Dr Herrera and they’re staff are the best ❤️ If you are looking for an OBGYN with the best staff and a great experience this is the place for you I am so thankful that god 🙏🥹put them all in my path and I am looking forward to continue attending.
If i could i would give them a ZERO STAR no communication on when they will be closed friendly reminders or anything. This is the second time this happens to me now i have to drive almost an hr away just for an appointment. Thinking of looking for another OBGYN.
Love the Elsa office! All the ladies will greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful. It is also a very clean facility and wait times are reasonable. Definitely recommend and would go there again.
