This is my first time going to an OBGYN my first pregnancy they were the best Dr Herrera is so patient and kind made me feel calmer after being scared at the hospital. Dr Herrera and they’re staff are the best ❤️ If you are looking for an OBGYN with the best staff and a great experience this is the place for you I am so thankful that god 🙏🥹put them all in my path and I am looking forward to continue attending.
If i could i would give them a ZERO STAR no communication on when they will be closed friendly reminders or anything. This is the second time this happens to me now i have to drive almost an hr away just for an appointment. Thinking of looking for another OBGYN.
worst ob ever,they had me a whole month bleeding and keep telling me my baby was 6 weeks a whole month! still 6 weeks pregnancy?! i ended having the misscariage ,my baby died and they knew and had me a whole month in a slow painfull misscariage.
Love the Elsa office! All the ladies will greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful. It is also a very clean facility and wait times are reasonable. Definitely recommend and would go there again.
1st time I call they don’t have a provider for pregnancy tests but they do walk ins which I was fine with. Now I go today & they don’t do walk ins because they don’t have a provider! That’s already a sign not to go there. Smh
