I know I gave a previous review which wasn’t based on the company just based on the conversation I had . It wasn’t even the person but I had a bad day and I just was processing everything wrong. I have been with this company and previous a total of 10 years no major issues. I haven’t left because they really have been good to me and understanding with any late issues. I’m appreciative!!!
They really do a great job!
I never had any issues with this company until today. There was a mix up with my rent payment so I called to ask if they could give me one piece of info. And that lead to this woman telling me what I have to do to prove the fees were not my fault etc not an ounce of empathy. First and foremost she treated me as If I ever asked for a waiver or even help I don’t need you to tell with my payment. I literally never had any issues with this company, but today there was a mix up with my rent situation. I needed basic info and after telling me they don’t have the info on file, this lady went into telling me about what I have to prove it was another Co. mess up to get fees waived it was Her delivery like I was some sort of criminal who uses fake accounts. Do not recommend. They will tell you to hire their cleaning people and still charge you for the full clean
