I know I gave a previous review which wasn’t based on the company just based on the conversation I had . It wasn’t even the person but I had a bad day and I just was processing everything wrong. I have been with this company and previous a total of 10 years no major issues. I haven’t left because they really have been good to me and understanding with any late issues. I’m appreciative!!!

When we contacted TG Property Management about black mold that was found by "Mike" one of their maintenance workers after we had been submitting tickets about leaking issues with no resolve. Katherine Hicks denied that there was any mold. Katherine Hicks solution to the black mold was to relocate us to a rundown home with concrete stairs that did not have handrails and upon entering the home, the floor was unstable. I never had any issues with this company until today. There was a mix up with my rent payment so I called to ask if they could give me one piece of info. And that lead to this woman telling me what I have to do to prove the fees were not my fault etc not an ounce of empathy. First and foremost she treated me as If I ever asked for a waiver or even help I don’t need you to tell with my payment. I literally never had any issues with this company, but today there was a mix up with my rent situation. I needed basic info and after telling me they don’t have the info on file, this lady went into telling me about what I have to prove it was another Co. mess up to get fees waived it was Her delivery like I was some sort of criminal who uses fake accounts. Do not recommend. They will tell you to hire their cleaning people and still charge you for the full clean
