Ken is absolutely wonderful. He’s so kind and knowledgeable. He worked with us to make sure we understood all the options we might like to use for our floors. We got an engineered hardwood in 5” planks that had to match other railing colors right by it. While the owner seems genuinely nice by phone he doesn’t stand by his contractors work. I had T&H lay carpet throughout my upstairs and down my foyer stairs. 2 different contractors were sent to lay the carpet. The first was great. The second left marks on my woodwork and a giant eye sore of a seam right on my stair landing in my entryway. The owner came up and looked at it and agreed it should be fixed. Excellent pricing! (pricing was lower than three quotes I received) The owner and his employees were kind and courteous. Installation was completed quickly and professionally. I will definitely purchase here again.
