I am so grateful to have such amazing care from my providers at lifestance. I’ve worked with Thao Tran and Dr Lim for about three years now and honestly I couldn’t live without them. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for their help with my mental health and medication management for my ADHD. Not only they are knowledgeable and experience, they are kind, and truly care about me. I feel seen, heard, and cared for. I 100000% recommend working with them.

She's fantastic! A bit of backstory: I've had *numerous* psychiatrists over several decades, some fine and some just awful. Certainly none that I thought were a great experience, so I decided to go a different route - Ms. Tran is the first psych-NP I've worked with, and it's been such a revelation! She listens and reflects extremely well, is very flexible and open to new ideas, and is incredibly responsive on the patient portal. She's everything I could want in a mental health practitioner!

I have been under Dr. Tran’s care since 2020, and working with her has been a truly positive experience. She brings a rare combination of clinical precision, deep listening, and grounded guidance. Thao is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. (I’ve had two or three others, and all they did was act like a cold pharmacist or a mean cop.) I first had the pleasure of meeting Thao when I had medi-cal, and therefore had pretty low expectations of who I would find as a psychiatrist.
