OUR PHILOSOPHY Here at The 40/20 Collective we are a collaborative team of providers working to serve individuals in variety of areas within mental health, especially those individuals who have had limited access in the past. We have different passions and strengths as individual providers but work as a team to be sure the client's needs are met. Our team members compliment one another and this helps us to serve all aspects of each client's individual needs.

This facility had exceptional therapists and excellent support staff. I followed my therapist here from his previous practice and their compassion has been unmet by any practice I've interacted with. I highly recommend this facility for mental health and substance use struggles.
Dr. Meghan Dow is genuinely the best medical I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing! I’ve been dealing with a myriad of health issues for years and no one seemed to be able to help until I started seeing Dr. Dow. She left no box unchecked and never gave up on me when most other doctors definitely would have. I’ve always been treated with compassion, respect, and kindness by Meghan. Thanks to her I have finally been able to start feeling like myself again, and I cannot thank her enough, I am so lucky to have her as my provider.... read more
Don't know what all the positive reviews are for - with my situation at least, these guys seemed awesome at first and willing to help me with my adhd/autism/hypersomnia, then proceeded to do a total 180 on me even though I've gone way out of my way ( like leaving work early, like literally asking another driver to take the packages I had commited to deliver) to do everything they have asked and have been completely honest with them about everything. My experience with the 40/20 Collective has been amazing. My provider, Heather, is the most intuitive, caring practitioner I have ever dealt with. She has a medical, psych NP and holistic approach to patient care and she leaves no stone unturned. I highly recommend The 40/20 Collective!
I love seeing Meghan and Melissa. They meet my psychiatry needs. They also are awesome at psychology too. Overall, nothing short of amazing! I definitely recommend The 40/20 Collective! They take my insurance! 😇
