Great Place to Live The apartments are large in size size, have upgraded appliances, and is overall for the value a good deal. Depending on what side of the building you live on though you can literally be facing a another building you could touch with a pole from your balcony. You don’t get much light and all your windows face the other buildings windows. Beautiful and a great place to live I saw many places before moving and can say it is by far the highest quality building I have seen. The technology and finishing are up to date and the unites are very specious and beautiful. I love that it's a small community and overall is quiet. If you are a light sleeper and get a unit next to the elevator it may take a bit of getting used to but the goods outbalance that minor inconvenience. The manager, Diego, is very professional and his attention is greatly appreciated.
Best building in the valley! Hands down the best apartment living experience I ever had being in The San Fernando Valley. My family and I moved around a lot during our time in LA but our apartment at the 6800’s was by far the best. The apartments are gorgeous! Wide open modern floor plan, high quality construction and design with top of the line appliances! The sq ft.
