Exorbitant costs and... (Verified Renter) Exorbitant costs and inability to accommodate an additional month on my lease when so many people are moving out of the complex made it easy to walk away.

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the place but the trains...OMG. That part is just terrible. I’d definitely have to tell them about that part. It’s the worst.
The lack of... (Verified Renter) The lack of an elevator started to become an issue. The "Valet Trash" was a big reason for the apartment to lose value month after month. It's "expensive" and doesn't provide the value/experience it should. They drag the trash-bags through the halls, drip and stain floors. Halls smell like trash all night. they have several rules that they play and bend to their own benefit (cardboard wasn't always picked).
There were a... (Verified Renter) There were a lot of added fees after we moved out and we?ve called and emailed trying to see what they are but no one will return our call. It?s very frustrating to have an added $500 fee with no explanation after all the money we paid over the year for the apartment.
The MetroRail train... (Verified Renter) The MetroRail train blows its horn at 6am and late at night on weekends. The stop at Kramer is 100s of yards away; they do this just to make noise as they pass the apartment as there are NO nearby road crossing. There needs to be a unified complaint to Cap Metro.
The train horn... (Verified Renter) The train horn got to me. They were too loud, and interrupted my sleep. The other big issue for me was the traffic to cross to the Domain. The intersections to cross Burnet are dangerous and I think confusing to both drivers and pedestrians. Being close to the Domain was part of the draw to the area, for me, so having to take my life in my hands to get over there reduced the value of living nearby. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend based on the maintenance but I would never recommend renting here because of the train noise at all hours of the night. It's torturous and inhumane. This has nothing to do with this maintenance request; it's just a comment on whether I would recommend living here.
