Even though we... (Verified Renter) Even though we had a rough move-in transition, my husband and I can both agree on the living quality of the apartment and our neighborhood. So far we are loving it. The property manager is professional and cares about the residents.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment however the valet disposal service is very disappointing. No consistency on timing and they pick and choose at random what they will take with regards to recyclables.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is very kind and respectful, as well as the maintenance staff. As I night shift worker, noise can be a very big problem for me. However, I have experience minimal issues with noise since living here, which is very important to me! The coffee bar and ease of access to the domain have to be two of my favorite parts of living here.

We'd recommend it... (Verified Renter) We'd recommend it to people also moving from out of state just for the convenience and proximity to the domain. It was a great place to start in Austin, but unless something can be done to enforce just basic courtesy amongst the residents (clean up after yourselves, leash dogs, etc.) it'd be enough for us not to really recommend it to others
