I would highly... (Verified Renter) I would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a great place to live. This was my first apartment living experience in 30 years and I loved living here. The office staff were exceptional. I always felt welcome in the office and they made everything so easy. It is a great location, and not one time did I have issues or problems with others in the community.

Apartments are GORGEOUS... (Verified Renter) Apartments are GORGEOUS and very spacious! Don?t base your opinions off of the SQFT - these layouts are amazing! The pricing is also very reasonable for the area it?s in. You can go across the street and pay way more for a whole lot less! I worked with Adlinda and she was great! Even though it was 10 mins before closing, she was still more than happy to assist me and was very talkative and personable with my son! The apartment was... (Verified Renter) The apartment was nice, clean, new, modern, functional, reasonably priced considering the location, etc. Security was good, maintenance attentive, fast and friendly. My neighbors were almost awkwardly quiet. I don't know how to put it, but the general vibe of my building (7) was weird. I very rarely heard or saw any of my neighbors and I guess I prefer to interact with my neighbors more. I think they were just on vacation all the time or something but it was weird to me.

Best place I have lived in Austin Lived here for almost a year. I have always enjoyed it. During the freeze, there were some issues with our water but there was constant communication from the management team and we were always able to get next day maintenance requests. Sometimes people do leave their trash out all day, but rarely and really you cannot expect perfection when you are living around other people. I Would recommend... (Verified Renter) I Would recommend it to someone moving into a two bedroom that is not facing Top Golf nor the train track. Maybe facing Burnet?
