As mentioned above-... (Verified Renter) As mentioned above- I loved everything about it. My one slight annoyance was that, by time it came time for me to move it was cheaper to keep my lease thru the end of the term rather than cancel, which was fine. However, I was willing to pay the remainder of my rent in full and cancel on the spot, which would have been easier for me (having moved) AND a better deal for you, as you could have re-rented the unit out immediately instead of having it empty for two-three months.

We love living... (Verified Renter) We love living at The Addison. We just signed our second year lease.
Great place and staff We currently love our place. We a treated to a great staff both; office and facilities. It is in the school district we like and my kids are already involved in community activities. We are only a 15 minute drive from downtown Austin which allows my wife and I to take full advantage of all the city has to offer.The indemnities are outstanding and well kept with a resort style pool and clubhouse. When shopping for an apartment across the US it can be quite intimidating when you don't know the area you are headed to, Luckily both apartments.com and The Addison were there every step of the way. From a super friendly staff to ever amenity you could ask for from a living community, The Addison, never stops delivering a quality living experience.
Addison at Kramer Station This is an awesome property in the Domain. Rents really isn't that bad for the area that it's in. They have two beautiful pools, great floor plans, discounts at the Domain, and monthly community events. This month they are doing a pool party with food, drinks, and live band. The staff is really great, very attentive to the needs of the residents, and everyone gets along. They also have an awesome gym with spin classes and personal trainers. Great place for students and professionals.
Outsourced Everything! p1 I’ve been a resident of this complex for 3 months and so far, the property management company has been a complete let down. The most basic amenities that residents should be able to rely on (parking, package delivery, trash removal, printing) fall very short of expectations. The model that this management company uses is to simply outsource all services so that they cannot be held accountable for any issues that occur.
