Addison at Kramer Station This is an awesome property in the Domain. Rents really isn't that bad for the area that it's in. They have two beautiful pools, great floor plans, discounts at the Domain, and monthly community events. This month they are doing a pool party with food, drinks, and live band. The staff is really great, very attentive to the needs of the residents, and everyone gets along. They also have an awesome gym with spin classes and personal trainers. Great place for students and professionals.
Outsourced Everything! p1 I’ve been a resident of this complex for 3 months and so far, the property management company has been a complete let down. The most basic amenities that residents should be able to rely on (parking, package delivery, trash removal, printing) fall very short of expectations. The model that this management company uses is to simply outsource all services so that they cannot be held accountable for any issues that occur. Exorbitant costs and... (Verified Renter) Exorbitant costs and inability to accommodate an additional month on my lease when so many people are moving out of the complex made it easy to walk away.
Trash service is... (Verified Renter) Trash service is inconsistent and too picky with what they will pick up and what they wont.

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the place but the trains...OMG. That part is just terrible. I’d definitely have to tell them about that part. It’s the worst.
The lack of... (Verified Renter) The lack of an elevator started to become an issue. The "Valet Trash" was a big reason for the apartment to lose value month after month. It's "expensive" and doesn't provide the value/experience it should. They drag the trash-bags through the halls, drip and stain floors. Halls smell like trash all night. they have several rules that they play and bend to their own benefit (cardboard wasn't always picked).
There were a... (Verified Renter) There were a lot of added fees after we moved out and we?ve called and emailed trying to see what they are but no one will return our call. It?s very frustrating to have an added $500 fee with no explanation after all the money we paid over the year for the apartment.
