We are vacationing in nearby Maggie Valley when one of our pups became ill. We contacted Animal Hospital of Waynesville and spoke with Fallon. Fallon was professional,, friendly, and efficient! An appointment was made for us later that day, a patient form was sent to our email that we completed and returned by email. This clinic contacted our local veterinarian and received the history of our pet having it reviewed prior to our pups exam. The team at Animal Hospital of Waynesville were spectacular with my dog Riley. We had a bit of an emergency and instead of pushing us off to emergency clinic they took the time in their busy schedule to not only diagnose but to go into a major unscheduled surgery! The care and concern was unbelievably above and beyond any possible expectation. I highly recommend this entire “crew”! Thank you all for saving our Riley boy!

Dr. Morgan Plemmons and her team did such a beautiful job with my little kitten Piper. They went to all kinds of trouble to assure her safety because she has a heart murmur. She was spayed yesterday. She came back to me just as wonderful as she left, happy and healthy, because she was so well cared for by Waynesville Animal Hospital staff. I am very grateful to them and to FUR, because she is a FUR kitten, for allowing her this safe procedure.

Excellent veterinarian. Got an appointment the day I called to take my dog in for a skin lesion. Their exam was very thorough and all work was done in front of me instead of taking him in a back room. Wish I was take them back to Florida with me!

My sister and I took our mom's dog in because his stomach was filling up with fluid. The vet assistant there basically told us our beloved family dog was in pain and we should go ahead and put him down. But the actual vet saw him, and drawed some of the fluid out..... he lived for 8 more months before he passed.

I brought my puppy up there at 7:00 pm on November 8. I was told that they done her blood work and a thorough exam on her. I was told that she had a blockage in her stomach and that all her labs looked good. I brought her home and took her to Lake Junaluska animal hospital the next day and they informed me that she has parvovirus. I don’tunderstand how they charged me $700 for nothing and a simple $40 test would have gave the answer. Do not take your dog here.

I spoke with someone today from your office (didn't get her name) and she told me that (if this prescription doesn't work then I will have to take Bailey to specialist.) It is amazing that you folks don't have a higher level of skills to deal with a routine problem, that I will have to take Bailey to a specialist. I was less than impressed. I have been taking my dogs to your practice for over 25 years and have been pleased up until this point.
