Visited The Arbor several weeks ago for consideration for assisted living for myself. People seemed to be very friendly in the lobby. The facilty was clean, not noisy. Met, Jennifer, one of the staff in management at the Arbor. She was very helpful answering questions about the facilty with respect to cost and regular activities. My daughter has faced several challenges with her employer and some coworkers since she started at The Arbor at Delray as a server. The management is unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills with the staff. There are significant operational flaws and numerous cover-ups that should have been reported to corporate. I'm very disappointed with how my daughter has been treated during her time with this company.
My parents are in the assisted living area and are struggling with the length of time it takes to receive their meals in the dining room. They say that it takes an hour to get their food and there is a high rate of errors (forgotten items). This seems to be a major level of unhappiness for them and is a constant concern that appears to have no remedy.
